WOLVERINE (X-MEN)

A rendition of Wolverine based on the House of X reboot. I found the initial sketch challenging, I had drawn him up in 3/4 spread arm pose but then realised he just looked like a pin up (super generic) so I decided to add a bit more torque in the action. Then the foot placement was another challenge, that right foot to be exact and I just tried to push it as far as I could without it looking too weird. This developmental journey also allows me to experiment with colouring techniques for my art.

Just like the HOX Cyclops, this probably is my favourite modern Wolverine rendition. They made him so stocky and I just love it.
