JEAN GREY/MARVEL GIRL (X-MEN)

A rendition of Marvel Girl AKA Jean Grey from the X-MEN RED comics. Yeah, I don't like that classic Marvel Girl costume in the House of X comics. I don't really like this costume either but I wanted something current, so here we are. One thing I realised while doing this piece, and it's something I'll never take for granted ever again, it's FINGERS man! They add so much personality to characters! I used to draw sausage fingers for a long time, but since I started drawing inspiration from the Alex Toth style - I couldn't cheat my way around to them bratwursts, so glad I didn't.

The bullets got added later and also, another tidbit would be the use of coloured lines for the hair - I wasn't too sure about this when I tried it on the Storm piece I did before but it looked better the more I looked at it. Anyway, I probably should work on this a bit more, I might've missed something.
